Seeking a New Home Sales Assistant for a Brisbane Custom Home Builder to work closely with the company manager to assist with securing new residential contracts.
Experience in residential construction or real estate is a must.Duties will include;
- Maintaining lead database
- Assist with setting up marketing campaigns
- Communicating with new leads and setting appointments
- Communicating with building designers, engineers, surveyors to schedule preliminary works
- Obtaining sign off on construction & sale documents
- Chasing up leads
- General assistant duties as required
Salary:
From $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
