Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new clients to educate them on our services and value proposition
- Proactively build relationships to create business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Scope and qualify projects to ensure alignment with our offerings
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Accurately manage CRM records with up-to-date contact details
- Schedule appointments for Business Development Managers to ensure seamless handovers
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates
About You:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in lead generation and sales
- Previous telesales experience in a high-volume environment is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Driven and able to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges, with a passion for continuous improvement and professional development
- Comfortable making outbound calls to cold leads and navigating complex sales conversations
- Must have full working rights in Australia and a valid driver's licence
