As the Technology Lead, you will be part of the General Motors Australia & New Zealand (GM ANZ) team, where you can gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within a global corporation and be involved in our local ambitions.

The GM ANZ Technology Lead will be in charge of IT deliverables for the direct-to-consumer (D2C) retail and service of Cadillac vehicles in Australia & New Zealand. You will also work on IT system sustainment and migration projects as directed by regional leadership.

Join us during this exciting phase as we establish the Cadillac brand and its electric luxury portfolio. To excel in this role, you need strong project management skills, knowledge of automotive retail and service, and understanding of digital processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Cadillac D2C Digital Retail Platform

  • Lead the development, deployment, sustainment, and scaling of Cadillac ANZ's digital experiences with 3rd party partners.
    • Scale Cadillac's global configurator and account experience in line with market-specific regulations.
    • Continuously monitor features and suggest enhancements.
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with other GM regions on UX and brand to ensure consistent experiences.
  • Support the development of Cadillac ANZ's back-end systems.
  • Provide regular updates to local and regional GM teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams and 3rd parties.

Cadillac Aftersales Platform & Facility Technology

  • Support the development, implementation, and sustainment of Cadillac ANZ's online aftersales experiences.
  • Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders for in-facility digital services.

Cadillac Retail & Activation Technology

  • Oversee the strategy and deployment of in-store digital experiences.
  • Act as a point of contact for retail network and suppliers.
  • Support pop-up activation technology.
  • Collaborate with global in-store technology for best practices.

Business Admin, Partnership & Future Strategy

  • Manage 3rd party technology suppliers and administration.
  • Support financial deliverables and project tracking.
  • Test and escalate digital solutions for Cadillac ANZ.
  • Consolidate lessons learned for network expansion.
  • Support IT system projects as directed by teams.
