Joining a forward-thinking team aiming to enhance operational efficiency within the Technology Services and Platforms groups through structured work processes and planning cycles. As the Senior Planning and Agile Lead, you will be instrumental in driving long-term positive changes that will influence the future of our cities and communities. It's fulfilling, demanding, and exhilarating.Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in strategic planning for the TS&P leadership team
  • Providing insights on the backlog and interconnections among teams within the group and the enterprise
  • Offering support for impact evaluations and guidance
  • Leading the planning for Quarterly Planning days
  • Implementing agile methodologies across the Technology Services and Platforms teams
  • Assisting in planning and conducting Agile ceremonies within the portfolio
This role is ideal for someone with a curious mindset and transferable skills, including:
  • Experience in leading project deliveries and driving change in complex organizations
  • Expertise in planning, prioritizing, and organizing tasks for oneself and others to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
  • Experience in managing teams/squads in an Agile setting
  • Proficiency in organizing and overseeing cross-functional planning activities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills suitable for all organizational levels, with a demonstrated ability to create effective reports, address delivery metrics, and lead group discussions
