About the Role


This position will work closely with Council's leisure services partners to manage the implementation of Council's new leisure services model to ensure high quality programs and services to meet the needs of the Manningham community.


Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualified in leisure, recreation or other relevant field or with extensive relevant industry experience.
  • Proven ability to establish positive relationships with organisational partners to achieve community and organisational outcomes and objectives.
  • Significant relevant experience in the operations and management of aquatic and leisure facilities, contract management, management transition and procurement processes.
  • High level of experience in planning, project management and delivery.
  • Risk management experience, particularly relating to leisure facilities.
