About us


In 2020, Calvary and Medibank formed a joint venture to deliver an innovative, integrated virtual hospital that leverages a Virtual Care Centre (VCC) to deliver hospital-level care for patients within in the comfort of their homes.


The Calvary Medibank Joint Venture (CMJV) which has cared for over 200,000 patients across five states, including delivering COVID Care at Home and SA Health's My Home Hospital service.

The CMJV has become one of the first standalone virtual hospitals delivering acute care to be nationally accredited to the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards.


The Opportunity


As an Intake Officer joining My Home Hospital, you will work closely with our clinical team, service providers, clients, and families to ensure that all client care and service requirements/issues are acted on.

This role is a mixture of administrative and telephone support within a virtual healthcare environment.


This is a fast-paced administrative support role where providing exemplary customer service and office support to our multi-disciplinary team within a health environment is required.


The three shifts you will be rostered to work is 7am to 3pm, 10am to 6pm & 2pm to 10pm across a 7-day roster.

We offer both part time and full-time opportunities. These positions will be offered as a fixed-term contract till end of September 2025.

About You
Ideally, you will have previous administration and customer service experience within a health care environment. From this, you will have gained strong Microsoft suite skills, precise attention to detail and are highly organised.

We are searching for someone who is a team player and has an adaptable and flexible approach to their work.

You thrive in being proactive and using your initiative to seek solutions. A natural communicator, you have excellent stakeholder management skills and build relationships with ease.

This role is based in Eastwood, Adelaide.

Successful applicants are required to have proficient IT skills and able to work in a fast-paced patient focused virtual hospital.
