Responsibilities:

Manage your own portfolio of claims Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish Problem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and Assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim within your portfolio

A bit about you:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate information Experience in administration, with high attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
