About the Role:

We are seeking an Account Manager / Account Executive to advocate for the MRI brand in the marketplace, enhance customer retention rates through effective communication, drive revenue growth in existing accounts, and identify opportunities for migration to cloud services.

This role is ideal for dynamic sales professionals focusing on expanding MRI's market presence with a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with customers through various interactions.
  • Act as a solutions expert for customers' business challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business strategies.
  • Lead the sales process, identify client solutions, build relationships, support software demonstrations, and manage opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Facilitate sales administration in CRM.
  • Develop account strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct outbound initiatives.
  • Exceed sales quotas.
  • Manage contracting and sales admin.
  • Understand MRI's market position and product strengths.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of account management experience in software or related field.
  • Real Estate industry knowledge required.
  • Experience with MRI CRM Software or similar real estate solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated value creation through client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot.
