About the role


Exciting and unique opportunity for someone with a passion for business improvement, customer focus with significant energy and drive to lead our development support team in a dynamic fast paced environment.


In this key role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders and assist our Development Assessment Managers in improving corporate systems and processes.

Utilising your exceptional communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills you will motivate and inspire your team to deliver high quality customer service and business administrative support and improvements.

Remuneration
$82, $92, Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills and extensive experience in providing high level administrative support.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team with a high level of initiative and motivation.
  • Supervisory experience including managing workflows through a highvolume administrative team, providing guidance and monitoring performance.
  • Experience in business papers and public meeting minutes functions.
  • Experience in corporate reporting including statistical data & invoicing, and financial adjustments.
  • High level computer literacy (including the ability to train others), including Corporate and EDMS systems and Tech One, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
