About the role


As Customer Experience Team Leader you are required to effectively manage all aspects of departmental operations relating to the customer service membership services and Crèche; including providing support and guidance to fellow team members.

Uphold facility standards and maintain procedures and best practices whilst ensuring exceptional customer service.

Remuneration
$85,658.56 to $95, % Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced high volume customer service environment
  • A demonstrated high level of interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven organisational and administrative skills such as revenue management, expense management, managing labour costs, and reporting.
  • Flexible outlook and ability to resolve problems
