The role:

Providing support to our precontracts team and playing a pivotal role in the compilation, writing and submission of proposals and associated documents on a range of infrastructure projects across the state

Your impact:

You will help us win projects that will make a difference to the community we work in.

Your every day:

  • Lead the production of expressions of interest, tenders, proposals and presentations
  • Write, proof read and edit all responses in allocated expressions of interest, tenders, proposals, presentations and award submissions
  • Assist in ensuring consistency of format and visual style across each submission.
  • Continual system and process improvement

Who are you?

  • 5 years' in bid writing, tender coordination, marketing or similar
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills, including proven experience of working within a deadline driven environment
  • A team player who is flexible in accommodating others needs while being proactive and able to use their own initiative
