As a Multi-Site Manager, you will be a creative problem solver and hands-on leader responsible for the success of your teams and venue. You will lead and develop your team to provide engaging customer experiences and exceed financial targets.

The Role:

The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple locations, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Strong leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset are essential for overseeing staff, optimising processes, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier service across all sites. Skills & Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing a high-volume food and beverage outlet, preferably in the QSR sector.
  • Strong financial acumen with a previous track record of successfully managing expenses.
  • Passionate about training, developing, and motivating teams.
  • A creative, solutions-based thinker with great attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
