Branch Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Branch Manager to join our team in Port Hedland. Reporting to the Regional Branch Manager, this role presents an excellent chance to expand the business and oversee the service and parts teams. As a hands-on manager, you will lead a modern, strategic branch in Port Hedland that serves our On-Highway, Mining, and Power Generation customers.

In this position, you will have an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead, motivate, develop, and engage a full team of technicians and office staff.
  • Champion Cummins leadership principles, mission, vision, and values.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, fostering a safety-focused culture.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and OEM partners.
  • Devise and execute business growth strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales, profitability, expenses, work in progress, and service KPIs aligned with regional goals.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on Health and Safety and talent management in a similar industry.
  • Solid understanding of the on-highway truck market, with mining exposure being highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Capability to build enduring, value-driven customer relationships.
  • Ability to balance the needs of employees, customers, shareholders, and communities.
