About the Role

As a Senior Manager - Capital Decision Support at BOQ Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include the production and management of the Group's capital forecast, actively contributing to capital optimisation initiatives, providing advice on capital implications of business activities, and conducting subject matter reviews of capital reporting.

You will be liaising with key stakeholders across the group, ensuring the delivery of capital projections and insights for the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process and regulatory stress tests. Your role is crucial in reporting on capital insights and presenting findings to the Capital Working Group, as well as working closely with investor relations on external communications and disclosures regarding capital. Expect to engage in ad hoc reporting and analysis that will challenge and utilize your expertise to the fullest

About you

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is not only well-versed in capital management but also embodies the BOQ Group values of being Spirited, Optimistic, Curious, Inclusive, Accountable, and Lionhearted. You should have a strong background in finance, with a particular focus on capital management and optimisation, preferrably with a formal qualification in finance/actuarial/CA or CPA.
