We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team. You will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support to the Human Resources department.

This is a fixed term, full time contract with the view to end February 2025.

The position is based at our Oran Park Head Office, however will also need to work from the Spring Farm depot when required.


Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate the Human Resources inbox
  • Generate monthly expired drivers licence reports, follow up employees for current drivers licenses and upload onto the HRIS (iChris) and file in the employee files
  • Employee data entry and electronic filing into the HRIS (iChris)
  • Electronic filing of employee correspondence, including updating and electronic filing of employee detail changes
  • Set up and maintain electronic signatures in Rocketseed
  • Electronic saving of weekly medical certificates
  • Generating and collating policy folders
  • Creating new starter employment packs
  • Conducting the new starter follow up phone calls
  • Coordinate the Drug & Alcohol policy training for the initial completion for new starters, as well as the renewals for existing employees
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process (i.e. shortlisting and phone interviews)
  • Assist in conducting the induction process for new employees
  • Provide general HR administrative support to the HR team

To be successful you must have:

  • Current NSW driver's licence
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in a similar role (12 years minimum)
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Proficient in use of MS Office packages
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight time frames
  • Demonstrated organisational abilities and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
