We're looking for a seasoned
Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment initiatives, ensuring we attract top talent, and build a strong employer brand across multiple entities within our Group.

If you're passionate about sourcing top-notch Developers and possess the knack for scouting talent across diverse roles including sales, operations, and niche legal expertise across Australia and New Zealand, then you'll be the perfect fit to drive our hiring success

Requirements:

What you'll do

Collaborate with stakeholders:Work closely with key stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop job descriptions that align with our EVP.
-
Employer Branding:Enhance and promote our newly created EVP and proactively build brand awareness in the market. Use your networking skills to attend and host meet-ups.
-
Data-driven decisions:Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to refine hiring processes and improve efficiency. Provide insights to stakeholders on recruiting practices.
-
Internal coaching:You'll be the recruitment guru, coaching and empowering our teams to nail every hire, making the hiring process a breeze for everyone involved.

What you'll bring

Speciality in Dev recruitment, with the ability and willingness to recruit across a range of roles (from sales to finance, to those with niche legal backgrounds).

Strong relationship skills: you connect easily with others and can flex your style to establish effective relationships.
