We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic People and Organisational Development Team.

This newly created and essential role includes;

  • Responding to phone and written queries from stakeholders on a range of employment related matters.
  • Providing ER and IR advice that encompasses current legislation, Awards (SCHADS) and Policies and Procedures in a timely and accurate way.
  • Coordinating projects and activities including performance and salary reviews.
  • Producing HR correspondence including employment contracts and formal HR letters.
  • Supporting the development of POD policies and procedures.
  • Inputting data and generating reports to measure the performance, provide information on workforce trends.
  • Providing support to monitor, track, analyse and report on workforce related issues and matters.
  • System administration for new HRIS.
  • Supporting the return to work coordinator when required and supporting end to end management of wage assessments relating to workers compensation

About you

  • Tertiary qualification in either HR or IR related field
  • Recent experience in a similar role coordinating HR administration and providing a range of HR and IR advice in accordance with pay scales, awards and policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Tech savvy and feel comfortable mastering a range of technology including HRIS and Payroll systems. Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
  • Have a strong commitment to customer service and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Effective prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Recent experience with or knowledge of RTW calculations.

Essential requirements;

  • Willingness to provide up to date Covid Vaccination Certificate
  • Full NSW Drivers licence and willingness to travel to sites
  • Willingness to undergo Working with Children Check, Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.
