Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Oversee the financial performance of the hospital, including financial reporting and budgeting.

  • Team Support & Development: Work closely with recruitment and front-line teams to support staff development and ensure resource allocation aligns with high patient care standards.
  • Marketing & Partnerships: Coordinate with the National Marketing team to drive marketing efforts and build strong relationships with referring veterinary partners.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with other hospital managers and the broader Greencross leadership team to optimize efficiency, profitability, and business alignment.
