How will I help?


In this role as
Manager, Enterprise Risk Insights, you'll provide specialist portfolio and delivery skills to meet Operational Risk & Enterprise Risk Insights' oversight, insight and control responsibilities for delivery of Enterprise Risk insights.


This role supports Group-wide 2nd Line challenge, oversight and working with stakeholders to uplift the management of risk across the bank.

As well as enabling the overall improvement of Enterprise Risk Insights and Enterprise Operational Risk. With a specific focus of driving this through data driven insights.

Key activities include:

  • Driving a simple, proactive and consistent approach to Risk Management across the Group through the use of data and providing data driven insights that are actionable.
  • Driving change and delivering data and reporting to support central monitoring and oversight of the changes within and Enterprise Risk Insights and Enterprise Operational Risk.
  • Embed and mature the Group's Operational Risk Management Framework and promote the development of a strong, effective, and enduring risk culture.

What do I need?
You'll have experience in risk data solutions in improvement of risk management practices. With the ability to guide technical resources in the delivery of system changes. You'll bring your experience in the use, production and management of risk data and dashboard. Using your expertise and experience in using and manipulating data and/or visualisation tools (e.g. SQL, SAS, PowerBI and Tableau). You will have Demonstrable experience in risk management, risk governance and report writing for senior stakeholders.

You will be effective at generating and presenting insights and analysis, particularly using visual aids to communicate quantitative information.

Strong stakeholder relationship management skills are essential, including rapport building and influencing skills across diverse audience sets including senior stakeholders.
