What your work will involve


We are looking for someone to hit the ground running and be part of the People & Culture team in a role that has a focus on recruitment and general HR administration support.

The role will support the Recruitment Coordinator in completing end-to-end recruitment using our online system

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous demonstrated recruitment experience, ideally in Children's Services
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written) and to be able to deliver high levels of professional service
  • Demonstrated high levels of attention to detail
  • Be comfortable in getting in and learning new systems and process fast
  • Selfmotivated with strong planning and organisational skills, enabling you to juggle competing priorities (and meet deadlines)
  • Intermediate experience in the Microsoft office suite
  • A current paid Working with Children Check
