Existing experience in the broking or lending industry would be helpful, but is not a requirement, with extensive training and mentoring provided.

You will be joining the team as a Junior Credit Analyst, working closely with the Mortgage Brokers to service clients, assisting with all parts of the process, from initial enquiry all the way through to lodgement.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Provide high levels of customer service, acting as the first point of contact
  • Provide administrative support to your team, and the office generally
  • Manage communications between all stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Maintain excellent customer service with a highattention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team to accomplish team goals

  • Working experience in the finance industry highly considered, although any background considered
