We are seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join our Private Bank team. As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data and creditworthiness of clients to determine the feasibility of lending and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis
Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients' financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess their creditworthiness.
Credit Risk AssessmentEvaluate the credit risk associated with lending and investment opportunities, taking into account factors such as credit history, income, assets, and debt.
Deal StructuringWork with clients and internal stakeholders to structure lending and investment deals that meet their financial needs and risk tolerance.
CommunicationCommunicate complex financial information to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Quality AssuranceEnsure that all credit analysis and risk assessment processes are followed in accordance with Commonwealth Bank's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Education
Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline, such as finance, accounting, or economics.
ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis, banking, or a related field.
SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
CommunicationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
