The Role

Our Cellar team know what it takes to deliver a guest experience like no other. As our team continues to grow, we are on the lookout for an Assistant Cellar Manager to join this already incredible team.

This is a great opportunity for a leader who is a true hospitality professional at heart looking to bring their skills and experience to an exciting new venture in their career. We are looking for someone with strong cellar or venue management experience who is committed to imbedding themselves in the team and the complex.

What does a typical day in this role look like?

Drive Cellar leadership structure and development Invoicing Maintaining FOH and BOH presentation Stock control and assisting with spot checks and stocktake Receiving and distributing food and beverage goods throughout the precinct Changing kegs and post mix Training and development matrix for department Venue ordering Driving staff engagement Managing a large team in a fast-paced floor service

With a key focus on delivering everything front of house, nights are required due to demand of service. It is important to note that this role is constantly active with manual labour, high endurance is a necessity for day to day activities.

Reporting into our Cellar Manager and Operations team, it is essential that you have strong communication and conflict resolution skills, attention to detail and previous exposure working in a busy, fast-paced environment
