About the Role...
Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are looking for a strong Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Ideally, you will be an experienced people leader. You will be responsible for providing superior food experiences for our customers that exceeds and delights their expectations. You will invest your knowledge and passion into your team to ensure they succeed in what is expected of them. The position allows the freedom for creative input whilst implementing systems and processes and empowering the team.

This is a great role which leads and supports multiple departments including; Food, Beverage, Gaming, Cellar, Events, Intra-clubs, as well as supporting the gym. You will also get to assist with menu development, COGS, activations, the opportunities are endless.

Your key priorities will be to:

  • Operational Performance and providing an outstanding experience for all members and guests
  • People Leadership including being directly responsible for performance, direction and succession planning of our people
  • Financial Management in conjunction with Operations Manager
  • Assisting in the successful implementation of all marketing, promotion and member relations programs
  • Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders and creating high performing teams
  • Actively driving and supporting a range of Work, Health and Safety Compliance activities

The Candidate:

  • Substantial experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume, fast paced venue
  • Motivated, passionate and driven for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Achieve results against financial and non-financial KPI's
  • Superb organisational skills
  • A cooperative approach to working with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to create and manage strong supplier relationships
  • Willingness to put in the effort to create an amazing dining experience
  • Double Vaccinated against covid-19
