THE ROLE
This vacancy is a newly created position which is a result of significant growth.


As an integral member of their BD team, you will support practice, industry, and client-specific business development on a national level.

As a BD Advisor, your duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Work with partners and client teams to develop and implement a practice strategy.
  • Conduct market research to assist with client and practice development.
  • Participating in the client feedback process and assisting with client performance reporting.
  • Project manage and compile legal directory submissions and awards.
  • Being a point of conduct for pursuit activity, including input to reginal/global bids, drafting proposals, maintaining our pursuits library, ensuring the accurate tracking of pipeline activity and asisting with tender debriefs.

ABOUT YOU


We are looking for a passionate BD Advisor who has proven experience working as a BD Advisor within the professional services industry.


Other attributes that are beneficial include:

  • You have strong writing and editing skills with an excellent eye for detail.
  • You have strong project management and planning skills.
  • You are a critical thinker, and have a creative approach to meeting challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience using common marketing platforms.
