Due to exciting growth of the business, QinetiQ are recruiting a Business Change Advisor - Digital for our ICT team located in South Melbourne.
In this critical role you will be responsible for supporting the Australian portion of the QinetiQ Digital Program and for defining and then executing the business change plan on allocated assignments within the Digital Program in Australia.
As Business Change Advisor - Digital you will be accountable for:
Leading on the change discovery and definition phase
Defining the change drivers (linkage to the QinetiQ strategy)
Conducting early change impact assessment (impact of change on people, organisation, processes)
Stakeholder mapping
Leading on the delivery of change activities with particular emphasis on shaping the approach to/and execution of the user readiness stage
Definition of new ways of working supported by Digital solutions to drive the right behaviours and help realise business benefits
Training strategy and delivery
Assessment of resistance to change
Where applicable allocating tasks to a Business Change Advisor who is assigned to the same project/programme and working with the UK and Enterprise Change Manager as appropriate
To be successful in the role of Business Change Advisor - Digital you will need to bring with you:
Solid experience of working in ICT related projects and a relevant tertiary qualification in Change Management is mandatory
A qualification in APMG or CPCM and proven experience with delivering change in a Microsoft M365 project will be highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to work independently and be the Subject Matter Expert in Change discipline
Be familiar with ADKAR approach to drive communications and engagement activities
Previous experience in Project/Programme Management and/or Business Analysis field would be beneficial
Strategic thinker with the ability to define change value proposition to fit in with the context of the DDT programme and to support strategic direction of QinetiQ
Comprehensive understanding of change methodologies and tools
Proven track record in the delivery of business change initiatives
Excellent communication skills, ability to ensure a two-way dialog and demonstrate empathy to help us achieve digital transformation objectives
