As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of our client's business and you will give customers a positive experience every time you meet a customer.
You will enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients internal and external customers, by providing advice and information on products and services.

- Responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers as part of a financial team.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and issues
- Qualifying and opening new accounts
- Process incoming and outgoing transactions
- Preparing and printing statements
- Identify customers' needs and offering relevant solutions
About You:

- Experience in sales and cross selling highly desired
- As the first point of contact for all customers, you will have a professional and friendly demeanour, even when dealing with a wide range of people, which can at times be challenging
