Are you an experienced Team Leader looking to work with a fun team in a company that makes a difference to businesses worldwide? We are seeking a motivated and driven manager to join a multinational firm specialising in the business travel sector.

With the office based in the Melbourne CBD it is very accessible by public transport - only a short walk from Flinders Street Station. Office Hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between 8.45am - 8pm.

The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, your main duties will involve coaching, developing, motivating and inspiring a team of 9 ambitious and passionate consultants to achieve company performance goals and accomplish incredible customer outcomes with every interaction. A couple of big focuses of this position will include process improvement and workflow management .

This is a great position for an individual who has a couple of years worth of experience leading a team in a contact centre and is looking to join a large company with clear goals , great training and career advancement opportunities.
