Team Leader: Customer Operations

- Salary: $90,000/Year + Super
About the role:
The purpose of this role is to deliver on core group KPI's, through the effective management of your team. Onboard, train and continue to develop your staff, in order to create a high-performance sales culture.
Oversee performance and productivity of your team and ensure that each staff member is delivering against key call centre productivity measures and KPI's. The role will sit alongside and collaborate with other Team Leaders and Managers, across the business, in order to deliver a consistent and seamless service to our customers.
There are three Team Leader positions that are available in multiple locations.
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Team Leader role
- Demonstrated success in one or more of the following disciplines: Insurance Industry, in motor vehicle or property 'Claims' environment; motor vehicle broker or smash repair front office administration.
- Have a strong understanding of insurance regulations, industry best practice and claims processing.
- Experience of delivering against performance metrics and achieving monthly budget expectations
- Experience in positively influencing growth and improvement with individuals.
Skills Requires:
- An eye for detail and effective record keeping.
- Proven track record of analytical and reporting skills.
- A passion for helping others and delivering excellence.
- Understanding of basic business metrics and how they influence performance.
- Ability to work in a global team.
- A willingness to learn, develop and grow within your role.
- High level of professional customer service & empathy
