We're searching for a Retail Experience Lead, to help us do this on a global scale. From a Melbourne department store to international trade shows, to innovative pop-ups in Asia-Pacific, you'll be responsible for activating retail concepts, rolling out our go-to-market strategy across these spaces and ensuring our partners have the tools they need to share Bellroy with our customers, wherever they may be.

Bring us your understanding of retail environments, ability to see the missing pieces and ability to get things done. In return, we'll provide you with world-class partners to work with, great colleagues to bounce off and exciting projects to bring to life.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU HAVE...

  • 2–5 years experience in a similar role/field with a developed understanding of VM principles
  • An understanding of space, how to showcase product within it and planogram execution
  • A degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience
  • A deep understanding of retail and/or wholesale relationships, including what retailers need to effectively showcase our Brand
  • The ability to execute a shopping activation, down to the finest detail, measure its effectiveness and then work to make it better next time
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently and ensure deadlines are met
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively
  • Comfortable working with facts and figures. You like to use data to better inform your ideas and assess opportunities as they arise

  • Collaborated with our distributor in Taiwan to finalise a shop-in-shop project to ensure it is executed seamlessly
  • Worked with our Creative team to develop Bellroy's Global Merchandising Guide to share with our global wholesale customers, distributors and sales agencies
  • Provided our global showrooms with relevant assets, samples and product literature ahead of the new range release
  • Planned for an upcoming trade show including the coordination and delivery of creative assets, merchandising displays and product samples
  • Helped create the monthly Retail Newsletter email sharing new product updates with our wholesale accounts
  • Collaborated with the data team to figure out how to measure the success of an upcoming retail activation
  • Evaluated our library of available fixtures and recommended improvements
  • Got your geek on, reading 'Why People Buy' to brush up on your customer modelling
  • Reviewed the sales data from a recent activation and conducted a retrospective with the team on what worked and what could be improved next time

LOCATION AND HOURS

This role is a full-time role based at our HQ in Collingwood. We have a hybrid work model and occasional domestic and international travel is required.
