What you will be doing

  • Provide guidance and support to Bank Australia retail staff on issues relating to Retail Banking procedures, documentation and operating systems
  • Provide guidance and advice on staff queries relating to frontline functions
  • Review, maintain and make recommendations regarding Bank Australia's Retail Banking training requirements in conjunction with the broader Support Team on any knowledge gaps, procedure updates and training gaps
  • Provide a responsive helpdesk function for the contact centre & branches with an adherence and focus on SLAs
  • Foster a strong culture of compliance and industry best practice within Retail Banking Assist the Support Manager and team as required
  • Perform any other duties consistent with the classification of the position as directed by the Support Manager.
