Our competitive pricing means our dynamic space is fast paced, this means at times you will be sitting up to 10 virtual consultations per week between follow-ups and design time.

As our Designer, you will have the opportunity to service clients from the first meeting to final delivery, bringing fresh perspectives and generating exciting ideas.

You will actively identify new opportunities and work hard to delight our customers, while collaborating with your team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing kitchens, wardrobes, and other cabinetry to meet customer requirements
• Engaging and converting enquiries to leads on a daily basis
• Sitting up to 10 virtual appointments per week with the leads you have generated providing exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Generating sales through your exceptional sales skills and knowledge of the products
• Collaborating with your team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Implementing bestpractice processes and workflows for client servicing
• Adhering to quality control and compliance standards to ensure the highest level of workmanship

Requirements:

• 3+ years of kitchen or wardrobe design experience
• Sales background and knowledge is essential there is no mistaking that although customer service and design orientated, this is a sales role
• Retail and customer service experience
• Experience using design software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional time management and organisation skills
• Great problemsolving skills and resilience
• Boundless selfmotivation and initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• An appreciation for compliance, attention to detail and quality control

Salary:
From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
• Quarterly bonus
