About the Role:


Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities? As a Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated group of professionals in providing center-based and community-focused activities.

Your role will be crucial in developing and implementing person-centered plans, fostering social inclusion, and delivering meaningful activities that align with the NDIS goals and individual needs of clients.


  • You will also: _
  • Lead the development, implementation, and review of personcentered plans
  • Plan daily activities aligned with NDIS goals and individual needs and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and families
  • Maintain accurate recordkeeping, documentation and compliance requirements
  • Ensure continuity of service through roster planning and recruitment
  • Conduct team meetings, staff supervision, training and performance reviews
  • Uphold Unisson's Values and Code of Conduct in all interactions and drive a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion
  • Manage budgets and ensure centers operate within financial limits

A Bit About You:

To have success in the role you will be a dynamic and empathetic leader with the ability to drive person-centered planning and service delivery

You will also have:

  • Demonstrated coaching skills to provide dignified and respectful care
  • Prior experience in the disability/NDIS or community services space.
  • Capacity to lead personcentered planning and service delivery and the ability to translate individual goals into meaningful activities
  • Experience prioritising and overseeing compliance and risk management requirements.
  • Strong communication, problemsolving, and conflict resolution skills with a experience in managing staff performance and disciplinary matters professionally and effectively.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, Driver's Licence, First Aid Certificate and Vaccination against COVID19 (including booster)
  • Willingness to undertake a National Police Check
