The Role

  • The position of Client Relationship Manager Team Leader (CRMTL) is an essential element of the Shadforth service delivery strategy and State Leadership Team. The CRMTL is primarily responsible for providing support and leadership to the Operations team and professional and administrative support to Private Wealth Advisers (PWAs). The CRMTL should demonstrate a high degree of professionalism at all times and always act in a client's best interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key SME for operational activities
  • Drive qualityfocused client service; promoting team collaboration, and implementing efficient processes
  • Embed the Target Operating Model and the Shadforth approach across our teams
  • Guide the daytoday operations rhythm within State Advice Teams (SATs)
  • Manage the teams workflow effectively and oversee service requirements
  • Provide training and upskilling to the team on process changes, initiatives and improvements
  • Offer CRM support for overflow workflow

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • An undergraduate degree in a finance or business-related stream (preferred)
  • Achievement of Regulatory Guide 14
  • Minimum of 5 years financial planning experience
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Ability to develop a high level of technical knowledge and skill in financial planning strategies and investment theory
  • The ability to communicate (written and verbal) with clients in a concise and effective manner
  • High level of proficiency with XPlan
