A snapshot of your role:

  • Efficiently manage the daytoday scheduling of a team of service technicians to client sites across Sydney Metro with speed and precision
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians to ensure deadlines are met and services are performed to completion and satisfaction
  • Provide ad hoc admin support to your wider team, covering for the customer service helpdesk when required
  • Update and maintain the company's database and CRM systems, opening new service requests, creating quotations and closing jobs
  • Take initiative to seek client feedback, address and escalate stakeholder concerns, improve processes and team performance where possible
