Role Details The Manager, Collections and Content is responsible for leading the establishment, management and delivery of collection and content services for the state-wide Libraries SA Network, including the centralised procurement of library materials in all formats.
This role will lead the strategic implementation of opportunities and change processes for maximising collection and content resources across local and state government stakeholders.
Special Conditions The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
Some interstate travel involving overnight absences will be required.
This role requires a National Criminal History check.
Some intrastate travel to Libraries in SA involving overnight absences will be required.
Essential Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
Eligible for Associate membership of the Australian Library and Information Association.
