Job Description

**About the Role**

CYOS Solutions is seeking a talented Content Writer to join our team and contribute to the development of informative and engaging content for our SharePoint platform. As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating, editing, and managing written content that helps communicate our mission, policies, and guidelines effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Research, write, and edit high-quality, accurate, and compelling content for our SharePoint platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and relevance.
  2. Content Management: Organise, categorise, and maintain content on SharePoint to ensure it is easily accessible and up-to-date, adhering to our company's style guidelines and best practices.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, compliance teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  4. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading to ensure content adheres to our company's standards, style guidelines, and best practices, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  5. User Experience: Optimise content for readability, user-friendliness, and accessibility, keeping the diverse needs of our audience in mind and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  6. Compliance: Ensure that all content aligns with relevant regulations and policies in our specific sector, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Monitor content performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven improvements to enhance the effectiveness of our SharePoint content, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  8. Training and Documentation: Create user guides and documentation to assist staff in utilising SharePoint effectively for content management, ensuring seamless adoption and usage.

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years previous experience in creating SharePoint modern webpages and a sound technical understanding of the SharePoint web application.
  2. Demonstrated experience following documented processes to provide efficient outcomes and identify opportunities to improve and add value.
  3. Demonstrated experience contributing to the effectiveness and overall success of the team by effectively managing personal workloads, handling competing priorities, and working autonomously.

Desirable Criteria:

  1. SharePoint Site collection or tenant administration experience.
  2. DevOps Software development application experience.
  3. Experience with Microsoft Visio application and Adobe Acrobat software packages.
