Responsibilities


Paragon Medics is seeking a full-time Compliance Consultant to work with hospitals and doctors to credential our doctors to comply to work in hospitals across Australia.

As a Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for the timely completion of the credentialing process, organising doctors travel and delivering outstanding customer service to both doctor and hospitals

Tasks

Ensure registered doctors are compliant with industry standards to work in a hospital setting

Consult with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition for locum doctors and hospitals

Partner with hospital administration teams to understand credentialing requirements and timelines

Build strong relationships with doctors to ensure timely return of paperwork

Coordinate the completion and return of credentialing paperwork to hospitals in a timely manner

Organise travel and accommodation for locum doctors, balancing doctors' requests with hospital budget guidelines

Maintain high-quality compliance and document control systems

Seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiencies

Assist with
