**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Compliance Inspector to join our team at Talent Web. As a key member of our infrastructure project management team, you will be responsible for providing civil engineering inspections, development engineering, and certification services for a wide range of subdivisions and infrastructure projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct civil engineering works compliance inspections related to subdivisions and civil infrastructure works.
* Provide development engineering, subdivision certification, project management, and development engineering services.
* Conduct civil engineering works compliance inspections.
* Manage and supervise construction projects for various road infrastructure and subdivision projects.
* Collaborate with clients, councils, TfNSW, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
* Review and apply relevant engineering guidelines and QA documentation.
* Assess and interpret DA consents and design drawings.

**Requirements**

* Minimum 2 years' experience in development engineering, project management, civil works construction compliance, or contractor works for a council, consultant, civil contractor, or TfNSW.
* Working knowledge of Council's Engineering Guidelines.
* Relevant qualification in civil engineering or equivalent.
* Experience with and good understanding of the subdivision approval process in NSW.
