Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with Wholesale accounts by understanding their requirements and ensuring their contentment.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers.
  • Ensure timely provision of quotes, samples, and product information.
  • Conduct regular account assessments through phone, email, and messaging.
  • Research, assess, and integrate new accounts.
  • Enhance Share of Wallet (SOW) from existing accounts by identifying items they purchase elsewhere and securing that business.

Key Qualifications and Attributes

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations/account management, customer service, internal sales, or a similar relational role.
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities along with relationship-building skills.
  • Business-oriented and enthusiastic about cultivating new ventures.
  • Proficient in prospecting and cold calling.
  • Driven to surpass sales targets.
  • Skilled in computer usage and software applications.
  • Highly motivated, industrious, and competent in independent work.
  • Ability to tackle challenges in customer interactions and explore alternative engagement approaches.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation capabilities.
  • Passion for achieving KPIs.
