Senior Consultant - Risk Management

Our client is dedicated to ensuring the safety and success of organisations through innovative risk management strategies.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Consultant in our client's dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality risk management advice and services to clients.

Acting as an Account Manager and Project Lead, you will drive new business opportunities and foster lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert technical advice and services to clients, including audits, report preparation, and safety system documentation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, ensuring needs are met and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor project performance and address challenges proactively.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and contribute to business development activities, such as proposal drafting and client presentations.


Qualifications and Skills:

Tertiary qualifications in WHS or Risk Management; additional certifications such as Cert IV in Training and Assessment or Exemplar accredited auditor qualifications are highly desirable.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in WHS management, with a strong understanding of risk management principles, legislation, and hazard management.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, driving business growth, and achieving targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools.

Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work remotely or on client premises with minimal supervision.
Availability for regular travel to operational facilities and offices, sometimes on short notice.
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
