Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Consultant to join their Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory team.



The Senior Consultant will collaborate closely with senior management to offer strategic advice and support in various M&A transactions, from financial analysis and due diligence to negotiation and document drafting.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed financial analysis and due diligence on target companies utilizing real-time market knowledge and established relationships.
  • Assist in creating comprehensive financial models and tailor valuation assessments for each transaction.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop customized transaction strategies and deal structures.
  • Engage in negotiations and contribute to drafting transaction documents.
  • Offer strategic insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis and understanding of client needs.
  • Mentor junior team members and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on market trends and manage client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Support business development efforts by preparing proposals and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with sector specialists and leverage industry expertise to provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage deal processes and timelines to exceed client expectations.
  • Commit to excellence and continuous improvement to maintain the company's reputation as a top M&A advisor.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
