About the role
The ITSS Service Desk Team Leader is responsible leading a team of 8 Service Desk Support Analysts and developing their skills and capabilities in incident management and technical development.
Whilst incident management is the primary focus of this role, overseeing the day-to-day effectiveness of the service desk, developing processes, increasing customer satisfaction ratings, and ensuring SLA targets are met will all be required to drive service improvement.
About you
You are a highly experienced ITSS Service Desk team Leader with proven ability to lead, manage and develop a team of Service Support professionals.
Technical skills in automation using API technologies such as REST API and Web Services (SOAP), along with other automation platforms are highly desirable.
