Job Description

Our Federal Government client are seeking to engage 2 Project Support Officers to work within their AI Team. You will have a proven track record in project support, consistently delivering projects within time and budget.

It is essential that you possess strong analytical skills, problems solving and organizational skills to manage competing priorities. You should also be experienced in preparing high quality project management documents in alignment with best practice.

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrate an ability to manage and support the development of project artefacts, including schedules, deliverables, risks and issues in tight timeframes.
  • Extensive experience in drafting and preparation of briefs, correspondence and reports including submissions for reporting to Senior Executives in government.
  • Demonstrate an ability to be collaborative and connected, form productive working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in project support.

Role particulars:
Submission deadline: 28/11
Duration: 6 month initial assignment starting mid- December with 6 month option to extend
Location: Canberra or Sydney
Eligibility: Australian Citizenship with active Baseline Clearance
Working arrangements: On-site in either the Canberra or Sydney office 5 days per week face-to-face
