About the Role


As a Navigation and Customer Liaison Officer, you will be the first point of contact for older individuals and caregivers, providing exceptional customer service and accurate information to assist them in accessing aged care services.

Additionally, this role is vital in fostering positive relationships with service providers and stakeholders, ensuring that our community's older adults receive the support they need.


Skills and Experience

  • A customerfocused professional dedicated to always delivering excellent customer service, utilising discretion and patience, and diplomacy in interactions.
  • Committed to providing a positive customer experience, fostering a helpful approach in all customer interactions.
  • Experienced in using systems to follow established processes.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a teambased call centre environment, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient in engaging and communicating effectively with diverse audiences, both verbally and in written form. Language skills in community languages would be valued
  • Mandarin, Cantonese, Greek, Italian or Farsi.
