Full-time position for experience Booking Office Supervisor

What you'll be doing


The Booking Office Supervisor will responsible for the day to day functioning of the booking office and ensuring the Waiting Time and Elective Management Policy procedures are followed.


  • Experience in a coordination role, with demonstrated initiative and ability to anticipate and meet the needs of the department and the various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Waiting Time and Elective Patient Management policy.
  • Previous experience with waiting time management in a hospital environment.
  • Demonstrated superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in staff recruitment, staff training and development and coordinating performance reviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to role model collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Certification in a relevant filed or working towards or a combination of study and work experience.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course (2 doses) of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA).
