**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, available between 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Supported Independent Living (SIL) Supervisor to join our team and lead our efforts in delivering top-tier care and support.
**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage the implementation and maintenance of SIL services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure quality care.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on SIL-related matters.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients with high physical and mental needs.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments and external agencies to optimize service delivery.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on best practices and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to SIL activities.
- Prepare and present reports on SIL performance and improvements to senior management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive process enhancements.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a SIL Supervisor or in a similar role within the healthcare or social services sector.
- Strong technical literacy and proficiency with relevant software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of SIL standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare, social work, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both on the floor and in an office setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and support clients with high physical and mental needs.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (all day anytime preferred).
- Available to attend multiple sites across Sydney when required.
