_The Role_

  • In this diverse and rewarding role, you will deliver a mixture of outreach and onsite highquality case management, group work, general drug and alcohol and other support to clients of Rendu House AOD Services. You will be joining a highly supportive multidisciplinary team, with great career progression across a range of teams and services._

_Your responsibilities:_
- _Provide outreach and onsite case management for clients of Rendu House AOD Services_
- _Building relationships with clients through community outreach._
- _Deliver therapeutic interventions & support in accordance with evidence-based practice._
- _Conduct intake and comprehensive assessment (including risk assessment) of clients_
- _Assist Clients with developing holistic treatment plans across a range of domains and stages of treatment._
- _Work collaboratively and liaise with other service providers towards achieving client's goals._
- _Contribute to the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of Rendu House service model_
- _Provide reports to Program Manager as directed_
- _Facilitate delivery of therapeutic & education groups at various locations in South Western Sydney and Rendu House_
- _Support partnerships and build connections with external stakeholders_

_ You will need:
_

- _Relevant tertiary qualification/s or working towards, e.g. Certificate IV or Diploma in Alcohol and Other Drugs or other Community Services field, or approved counselling / welfare / psychology equivalent or working towards the same._
- _Demonstrated experience in case management including; managing a case load, case planning and assisting clients with implementing case plans, including with persons who have complex support needs (e.g. co-occurring drug and alcohol issues along with mental health, homelessness or contact with criminal justice system)._
- _Willingness to work within the established Rendu House, the Society's AOD Model of Care and the Society's Client-centred Service Delivery Model._
- _Demonstrated ability to conduct self in a professional, ethical and non-judgemental manner._
- _Knowledge of, and an ability to access, a range of relevant community resources._
- _Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to work independently and unsupervised._
- _Basic computer literacy skills including experience in computerised data collection._
- _NSW driver licence (unencumbered)._
