- South Western Sydney based role - small supportive team

Do you have previous experience in either property management or case management and looking for a role within the community?

This role is starting ASAP until the end of June with a possible extension into the New Financial Year.

This role will
- Manage referrals into and out of the service; identifying need
- Help clients maintain tenancies by avoiding and/or reducing tenancy breaches
- Develop a case plan based on clients' needs using a strength-based approach
- Promote independence and clients' capacity to maintain their tenancy to reduce homelessness and promote the overall client wellbeing

The essential experience required for this role includes:

- Current NSW driving license
- Knowledge and understanding of NSW Residential Tenancies Act 2010 and or Case Management skills and experience
- Understanding of social support service system
- Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Ideally have prior experience with adults who have complex needs or working in human services
- Subject to Police and WWCC
