About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Worker to join our Supporting Recovery Local Care Team in Campbelltown. As a key member of our team, you will provide effective case management to clients who have experienced domestic violence, family violence, sexual violence, and child sexual abuse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and provide high-quality case management to adults, young people, and children.
  • Develop, implement, and review client plans, ensuring a strengths-based approach and active client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including case notes and client records.
  • Collaborate with partners across the sector, including housing, Centrelink, and medical services.
  • Represent the organisation at interagency meetings and events.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Social Work, Social Science, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years' experience in complex case management, preferably working with trauma-affected individuals.
  • Experience supporting clients with domestic violence, family violence, sexual violence, or child sexual abuse.
  • Understanding of trauma-responsive practice and a goal-focused approach.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and written skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
